Do you set up the soft play and bouncy castle?

Yes, we come and set it all up for you, ensuring you are happy with everything before we leave, we will then return at pick up time and pack everything up, which will include deflating the bouncy castle if this has been hired too.

How long does it take to set up and pack up?

For the Magnificent and Middle packages please allow one hour for us to set up so we can make sure everything is looking beautiful before your event starts. For the Mini package, half an hour should be plenty of time. If times are restricted please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate by having more mountaineers helping us on the day.

Do you have an age limit for the use of equipment?

The soft play and bouncy castle is best enjoyed by those aged between 1 and 5, but not limited to. Whilst older children can enjoy the equipment please ensure they do not break any of the ride-ons or hoppers. The bouncy castle is 10ft by 12ft meaning it can fit in most halls, however please note that due to the smaller size, adults should not go on the bouncy castle as it is for children only.

Do you have any other colours?

Whilst we know colour can be fun, here at modern mountains we specialise in monochrome offerings, meaning we stick to grey and white, keeping the party vibes stylish but still packed with lots of fun!

Will the bouncy castle fit indoors?

Our bouncy castle is 10ft by 12ft and is only 7.5ft high, meaning it can fit in most halls indoors and is not too big for those little ones who want to spend the party bouncing away!

Will I be able to change the date of my booking once it has been confirmed?

We understand things can change and will always try our best to accommodate any changes and help move the date of your booking. Please see our refund and cancellation policy for more details.

For the mini package we suggest 8ft by 10ft, for the middle package 10ft by 12ft and for the magnificent 12ft by 15ft, but we can be very flexible with space. If you have any concerns over the area you have, then please let us know and we can do a site visit if needed.

How much space do you need for the soft play?

We hold public liability insurance and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned after every use and is extremely well looked after. We are very proud of our set ups and enjoy creating new and exciting ones to help create those special memories.

Full payment is required to secure your date. Refund and cancellation terms apply.

Terms and conditions will be shared at time of booking, these will need to be signed and sent back before the event takes place.
